1. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in any Inspired Language Solutions online courses, communities, or memberships, you must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.

2.  Payment / Enrollment

Inspired Language Solutions offers a variety of courses and program options, and the specific terms for payment, enrollment, and access depends on which type of course or program you select (the "Enrollment Option").

2.1 Enrollment Options and Fees

  • Membership/Subscription: A recurring fee (monthly) is due on the date of enrollment and on a recurring basis thereafter until canceled. Enrollment is continuous for the duration of the paid subscription period.

  • Single Course: The full course fee is due at the time of enrollment. Enrollment is complete upon receipt of the full Fee.

  • Individual Program: The program fee schedule will be outlined in the agreement between the program participant and Inspired Language Solutions. Enrollment is continuous for the duration of the program as outlined in the agreement.

  • Corporate Program: The program fee schedule will be outlined in the agreement between the participating company or organization and Inspired Language Solutions. Participant enrollment is continuous for the duration of the program as outlined in the agreement.

2.2 General Payment Terms

  • Currency and Methods: All courses are billed in United States Dollars (USD). Accepted payment methods include PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express.

  • Responsibility for Payment: You are responsible for all non-payment, chargebacks, or collection costs, even if the Fee or payments are being made by a third party on your behalf.

  • Acceptance: Your enrollment and payment (whether full, initial, or recurring) constitute your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2.3 Billing Details

You authorize Inspired Language Solutions (or its third-party payment processor) to store your payment method and to charge your payment method for the full fee, the initial payment and subsequent installments, or the recurring subscription fees, as applicable to your Enrollment Option. You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 General Cancellation Procedure

To exercise your cancellation rights for any Enrollment Option, you must inform us in writing. The specific terms of your cancellation and refund eligibility are outlined below based on your Enrollment Option.

3.2 Single Course Purchase (Full Fee Upfront)

  • Refund Eligibility: You may request to unenroll from a Single Course and receive a 100% refund, minus a $15 processing fee, within 10 days of your enrollment date.

  • No Refund: You will not be entitled to a refund after 10 days of enrolling in a Single Course, except in exceptional circumstances, which will be entirely at the discretion of Inspired Language Solutions.

3.3 Membership/Subscription

  • Pause Membership: You may request to pause your Membership/Subscription for up to 3 months. By pausing membership, your leaderboard and rewards status, along with course progress will remain in place. To request a pause in membership email membership@inspiredlanguagesolutions.com. 

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your Membership/Subscription at any time to prevent future recurring billing. Request to cancel membership via email (membership@inspiredlanguagesolutions.com) or cancel anytime from the Inspired Language Solutions Learning Portal Dashboard. By cancelling membership, any leaderboard and rewards status, along with course progress will be deleted.

  • Refund Policy: Fees paid for the current subscription period are non-refundable. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid subscription period, and you will retain access until that time.

3.4 Individual and Corporate Programs

  • Cancellation and Refund Policy: The terms for cancellation and refund eligibility for Individual Programs and Corporate Programs will be exclusively governed by the specific program agreement executed between the program participant or the participating company/organization and Inspired Language Solutions.

3.5 Cancellation by Inspired Language Solutions

  • Before Course Start Date: Inspired Language Solutions reserves the right to cancel an online course or program by giving you notice in writing (including by email) at any time before the scheduled start date. In this case, you will receive a full refund, and our liability will be limited to a refund of the fees already paid for that course or program.

  • After Course Start Date: If Inspired Language Solutions cancels an online course or program after the course start date, refunds will be made on a pro-rata basis based on the remaining portion of the course or program.

3.6 Other Non-Refundable Items

  • Private Class Add-ons: All membership/subscription private class add-ons are non-refundable. Rescheduling of private classes is allowed up to 45-minutes prior to the class start time.

  • Membership/Subscription Events: All event dates and times are subject to change. Notice of such change will be given and no portion of the monthly subscription fee will be refunded.

4.  Course Content

Course, community, and live event descriptions are intended to indicate only the general nature of the products and do not guarantee specific content. Inspired Language Solutions reserves the right to amend, update, or discontinue content and alter details at its sole discretion without prior notice.

4.1 Access Duration

Access to the course content is governed by your specific Enrollment Option:

  • Membership/Subscription: Access is granted for the duration of your active, paid subscription period. Your access will automatically cease at the end of the last paid subscription period following cancellation.

  • Single Course Purchase: You will be granted access to the Single Course content for a period of 18 months from the date of your enrollment.

  • Individual and Corporate Programs: The duration of your access to program materials will be exclusively governed by the specific program agreement executed between the program participant or the participating company/organization and Inspired Language Solutions.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

By continuing to access or use the online course and the website, or any content located via the online course and/or on the website, you signify your acceptance of the below terms.

Inspired Language Solutions grants you a limited license to access and use the content located within the online learning portal (Membership/Subscription or Single Course) and/or on the website related to your Enrollment Option. As a condition of such license, you agree that:

  • Proprietary Rights: All materials—including but not limited to text, photographs, video, audio, images and any other content—are protected by copyrights and/or other proprietary rights belonging to Inspired Language Solutions. You agree to abide by all applicable laws regarding copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights and privacy rights in the United States and any other jurisdiction from which you are accessing the website.

  • Restrictions on Use: You may not copy, reproduce, duplicate, distribute, disseminate, publish, post, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, upload to, transmit, or in any way exploit any content. You may not sell or offer for sale any of the content, or allow third parties to access it. Your use of the content must be solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • Violation and Consequences: Any violation of these terms may result in your expulsion from your Enrollment Option, and you may be subjected to fines and penalties.

  • Security: You agree to maintain the security of any username and password required for accessing your online learning portal. You will notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your username and/or password.

6. Participant Conduct

Inspired Language Solutions learners will have the opportunity to interact with each other via the online course content, online community group site, and through live events via Google Meet.

  • Respectful Engagement: Participants are expected to engage with one another respectfully and will not discriminate against or use disparaging language towards anyone enrolled or in referring to any individual or group outside of the course based on race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, class, age, or ability.

  • Right of Removal: Inspired Language Solutions reserves the right to remove you from your Enrollment Option if you do not respect these guidelines. The decision to remove you is entirely at the discretion of Inspired Language Solutions, and no refunds will be granted.

7. Technology Requirements

Participation in your Enrollment Option is facilitated through an online learning management system. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the proper hardware and software requirements, along with access to Wi-Fi, to be able to participate. You will need to ensure you have the proper technology at the time of enrollment.

Inspired Language Solutions will not be responsible for any errors or failures in relation to your ability to access the learning management system, live events, website or any related materials, including where such errors or failures are caused by:

  1. A loss of connection on our end or your end;

  2. A breakdown or problems with the online software; and/or

  3. A breakdown or problems with your internet connection, computer, or system.
