About Inspired Language Solutions
Inspired Language Solutions is a Madison, Wisconsin-based language training organization founded to help individuals and teams communicate more confidently across the Spanish-English divide.
We work with adult learners who want to speak Spanish with real fluency, and with organizations that want to build more connected, inclusive workplaces through language training. Our programs are designed to be practical, personalized, and built around how adults learn.
We believe everyone should have access to quality language instruction and the confidence to use it. Language is not just a professional skill. It is how people participate fully in their communities.

The Person Behind the Programs
Inspired Language Solutions was founded by Ramona Field, a Spanish instructor with over a decade of experience in public schools, workplace training, and online instruction. She built ILS to make quality language learning accessible to the adults and organizations who need it most.
